Reuben G. Sanchez is a bilingual facilitator and consultant with over twenty-five years of experience helping groups work successfully toward their goals.  As a manager with the Global Employee Consultation Systems within the Global Human Resources Solutions unit at Affiliated Computer Systems (ACS), Reuben worked with commercial and government clients worldwide.  Prior to ACS he worked for over twelve years at Motorola, Inc. as a consultant to management and human resources in Latin America and the U.S.  In addition to consulting and coaching, he was involved in educating and training Management at all levels to deal with a wide variety of employee relations issues, such as performance, transition management, critical incidents, behavior problems, potential work place violence, drug and alcohol.  Reuben spearheaded the opening of Employee Assistance Programs in Costa Rica and Mexico.

Reuben attended Arizona State University, both as an undergraduate and graduate student.  In 1975 he received his B.A. in Fine Arts, specializing in photography.  He returned to ASU a year later and received his Master of Counseling degree in 1981.  Reuben's background in behavioral health provides him with a deep understanding of human dynamics, which informs all of his work.  As a first generation American, he brings a personal sensitivity and understanding of the richness that diversity funds in working relationships. This thread of diversity work has been woven throughout his career as a bilingual therapist, trainer and consultant; as the Coordinator of Multicultural Services in a hospital; as a consultant in Latin America; and as a Diversity Champion for his own employee team.

A native Arizonan, Reuben grew up speaking only Spanish until starting First Grade and continued to speak it in the home.  He enjoys using his Spanish speaking abilities when traveling to Mexico and Costa Rica on business and when traveling for pleasure.  He grew up in a small rural community but has lived in the city since college.  Reuben, his wife Christine, their children Danielle, Katie, and Michael and their granddaughter, Courtney all live in Phoenix, Arizona.  He enjoys backpacking, mountain biking, camping, hiking, music and playing the guitar.
