When an organization or community is ready for strategic collaboration, where they work together for a higher purpose, a strategic plan can help to bring the hopes and intentions of multiple stakeholders to life.
Strategic planning begins with an inquiry, touches the imagination, invites innovation and gets serious about implementation.
INQUIRE: What are we the very best at doing? Where have we found our greatest success? What are the unique strengths and capacities that we can build upon to achieve our dreams? What do we want to carry forward into our collective future?
IMAGINE: What is the world calling for? If anything imaginable were possible, if there were no constraints whatsoever, how can we serve the world and our purpose while increasing our health, vitality and success?
INNOVATE: What is at the heart of our strategy? What are our strategic priorities? What key initiatives will move or strategy forward? How are we going to work together to achieve our potential?
IMPLEMENT: What, who, when, where and how will we implement our strategic priorities? What are the strategic initiatives and action steps? Who will passionately commit? When will we complete the steps? Where will we do our work? How will we know when we have achieved our goals?
